Is a $8k VA Funding fee for a $274k loan sound right? - va funding fee chart
This seems expensive, plus other costs $ 8k on the loan. But I have an interest of 4.75% is very attractive. However, this rate of VA funding is about right?
If this is too high, Inc.% funding rate should I expect?
