I am a 16 year old boy playing rugby at school level. I'm 5'8 ", approximately 68 kg. I wonder how I train, I train for speed? Agility: Strength: Strength: Power?
Of course, everything, but how? They should focus on a particular aspect of a month? and change things, or at least a little every day / every day than another?
